Our clinic is located directly above Pica’s Taqueria in downtown Louisville on Front Street.
Where you can park:
- Along Front Street (entrance is immediately next to Pica’s, no elevator access)
- Behind the building (to the west)
The entrance is on the south end of the building from the west parking lot; look for the 901 above the door.
The elevator is immediately to the left once you walk inside. Take it to the 2nd floor and exit to the left.
Unit 250 is located at the very end of the hallway.
